Who do my tickets come from?
Our tickets are available to you via an exchange of ticket brokers located nationwide who list with our site.
How do you calculate the final ticket price?
Tickets are sometimes higher or lower, depending on the actual demand and available inventory at the time. We adjust our prices everyday to meet or beat anyone else – so you don’t need to shop around!
I ordered tickets, but I received a call or e-mail telling me that the tickets are not available. Now what?
This happens on rare occasions, and we will do everything we can to find comparable seating for you. There are times when the demand outweighs the supply, and in those very rare instances, tickets are simply not there.
I just placed my order online. How soon before you charge my credit card?
Please note that we will not charge your credit card unless we have secured your seats.
When do I receive my tickets?
• For most events, your tickets will be processed and shipped within 1-2 business days.
• For same-day events, TicketFast tickets (e-mail tickets) will be sent to the e-mail address you provided with your order, on the same day, as quickly as possible to get you to the event.
• For future events taking place months from the date of your order, tickets will be shipped when received by the holding broker.
Is a TicketFast ticket the same as a regular, hard ticket? What do I do when I get the e-mail with my TicketFast tickets?
Yes, it is. This is the latest innovation to increase convenience and speed. This type of ticket is exactly like a hard ticket, with a bar code that is unique to this ticket and it will be scanned at the gate at your event just like the “old-fashioned” hard tickets. When you receive the TicketFast tickets via e-mail, there will be a PDF attachment. Simply open the attachment and print your tickets!
Can I be certain that the tickets I ordered are seated together?
Unless the ticket notes specifically state otherwise, your seats are always together.
I want to cancel my order. Can I do this?
No, this is not possible, as all sales are final. The only occasion where your order would be cancelled is if we were unable to secure the seats you requested and you did not agree to comparable seating.
What are my options when my event is re-scheduled?
Your original tickets will be good for the rescheduled date. Rescheduled events do not entitle you to a refund or exchange. Please stay aware of any changes in the time and date of your upcoming event, so that you can plan around any changes which occur. We will not be responsible for notifying you in the event of any event date or time changes.
My tickets have been lost or stolen! Can I get new tickets or a refund?
This is an unfortunate situation, but we do not replace lost or stolen tickets, nor will we refund your cost.
